1100 Aluminum Coil Introduction:
The aluminum content of 1100 aluminum coil is as high as 99%, which belongs to the pure aluminum alloy series, so its performance is not much different from that of 1060 aluminum coil. 1100 aluminum coil is usually made by cold rolling extrusion. The production process is to first dissolve the aluminum ingot into aluminum water, then add a small amount of other elements, and finally extrude it through cold rolling, and the surface is whiter and brighter than other aluminum alloys.Of course, 1100 aluminum coil can also be made by hot rolling.

1100 aluminum coil is softer,it has high ductility and machinability. But its strength is relatively low and it is not suitable for use in applications that need high strength.
